Access to Recovery

Access to Recovery serves individuals and families with substance abuse disorders.  It is funded by the Federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administrations (SAMHSA) and coordinated by the Center for Alcohol and Drug Services (CADS) in Davenport, IA.  Family Foundations is able to provide mental health, spiritual counseling, and family counseling for persons who have been diagnosed with substance abuse disorder and who qualify for  CADS through the ATR Care coordinator.
