Once you have made the decision to get help, we want you to know that you won't be alone on your journey to becoming the healthy person you want to be. Below are the answers to some frequently asked questions about the services we offer. - What can I expect when I make my first call to Family Foundations of Iowa, Inc.?
Our friendly receptionists will answer your call. Depending upon your counseling need, they will make an appointment with one of our professional therapists.
- Where is Family Foundations of Iowa, Inc. located?
- Our Bettendorf office is conveniently located at 2435 Kimberly Road, Suite 155, Bettendorf, Iowa. It is located in the north building of the Alpine Center which is approximately half way between the Hobby Lobby craft store and the Red Lobster restaurant. (Alpine North is the building closer to Red Lobster). See Map
- Our Oakview office is located at 3500 Oakview Drive, Suite C, Muscatine, Iowa. It is across from the Krieger's Ford car lot and behind the AmericInn hotel. Parking is in the back of the building and F.F.I. is in the lower level. See Map

Yes!
- Is Family Foundations of Iowa, Inc. located on a bus route?
Yes! Our Bettendorf office, in the Alpine Center, is on Route 12 of Davenport's CitiBus system. CitiBus can be reached at 563-888-2151 for more information. Bettendorf Transit System can be reached at 563-344-4085.
- Is there paperwork to fill out? On your first visit you will need to arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out our new client paperwork. Our knowledgeable staff will assist you in completing these forms and answer questions you may have.
Do I need to bring anything with me on the first visit?
The only thing you need to bring to the first appointment is your insurance card or a check stub if you will be a self pay client for billing purposes.
