 Family Foundations announces a new program:

Families in Recovery

The program is aimed at providing information, encouragement and hope to families affected by the substance misuse or problem gambling of a loved one.

      We at Family Foundations are pleased to announce a new educational workshop for families beginning in September, called Family Connections. The workshop is being offered as part of Family Foundations' participation as a provider in SAMHSA's Access to Recovery  Program (ATR), and coordinated by Center for Alcohol and Drug Services (CADS) in Davenport. Beginning in September, Family Foundations will be available to provide mental health and spiritual counseling, and family education for persons who have been diagnosed with a substance use disorder and who qualify for referral through CADS' ATR Care Coordinator.  For more information, see www.idph.state.ia.us/atr/
